A dad, two sons, and a whiteboard full of ideas.
Bit Brothers Games is what happens when a dad who loves code and two sons who love board games refuse to let their favorite hobby stay at home.

How a kitchen-table game became a studio
It started with paper cards and a kitchen timer. One parent wrote a profession on each card, marked one as spy, and shuffled. The arguments, bluffs and side-eye were unforgettable.
After a few hundred rounds we decided we had something special. So we built it. The dad writes code, the older son designs levels and rules, and the youngest runs UI critique sessions that can be… thorough.
Bit Brothers Games is our dream of being real game developers — not a business pitch. We work on what excites us, release when it is ready, and answer every email ourselves.
What we believe
Four small rules we keep breaking… then coming back to.
Played before pitched
Every idea gets tested around the kitchen table before it gets any code. If it is not fun on paper, it is not fun in the app.
Built for the same room
We design for groups who are physically together. The best bluffs, the biggest laughs, the best memories all happen face-to-face.
Small & honest
No dark patterns, no paywalls gating the core experience. Our games should feel like a gift from friends, not a funnel.
Family pace
We ship when it is ready. Homework nights and school plays always win over deadlines — and that is a feature, not a bug.
Our timeline
From a paper prototype to a shipped game.
The kitchen-table prototype
We start playing a homebrew spy-vs-professions game on paper. It becomes the weekly family ritual.
First lines of code
Dad opens a fresh Next.js project after the kids go to bed. The youngest insists on purple.
Friends-and-family beta
Cousins break the game in 3 minutes. The app gets better. Everyone has an opinion about the font.
Spy Game launches
5 languages, 3 game modes, 30 players. Our first real release goes live at bitbrothers.net.
Firma Simulation
Dev logs begin for our cozy business tycoon. The youngest is now our UI art director.
